Seminar/Training Provider--Basictools   

Basictools is a multimedia instructional series designed to teach basic technology processes in community school programs, small business environments and as presentations to professional organizations. These in-services, classes and seminars are kind to new users.

Presentations are delivered by a skilled communicator with 15 years of experience facilitating groups in a variety of environments. My decision to create computer based presentations derived from observing the importance of developing a non-threatening teaching environment by attempting to convey information with client friendly metaphors.    

Basictools is also a full service consulting firm for all things Internet. The addition of Kay's considerable skills in the area of website and graphic design have allowed Basictools to expand into the exciting arena of complete web site strategies.
